1. Warranty Coverage
We warrant that your machine is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use and proper maintenance, as outlined in the User Manual.
- Start Date:The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
- Eligibility:This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
While consumables and accessories are not covered under the standard warranty, if any accessory arrives damaged or defective out of the box, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo or video proof for a free replacement.
3. What Is Not Covered
To ensure fairness and transparency, this warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by:
- Accidents, drops, user negligence, or physical impact damage
- Improper operation or use outside the machine's intended applications and technical specifications
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by third parties without our written consent
- Use of corrosive, improper, or unapproved chemicals or detergents
- Failure to perform routine maintenance as outlined in the user manual
- Neglecting battery health, such as leaving the battery depleted during long-term storage
- Exposure to extreme environments, including freezing temperatures, excessive moisture, or contaminated air or water supply
We are always willing to help diagnose issues and provide remote technical advice, even for cases not covered under warranty.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Clear Photos of the affected part or the issue
- A Short Videoshowing the machine during operation or demonstrating the malfunction
- A Brief Descriptionof how the machine was being used when the issue occurred
Providing complete information upfront helps our engineering team diagnose the problem accurately and significantly reduces your operational downtime.
5. How Claims Are Evaluated & Resolved
Every claim is reviewed thoroughly by our technical support team. Our goal is simple: identify the root cause quickly and provide the most practical solution.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing or material defect within the warranty period:
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost
- Remote technical guidance, including instructional videos, documentation, or call support, will be offered to help you install the parts safely
Our priority is restoring your equipment to full operation as quickly as possible.
6. Operator Responsibility
Proper operation, scheduled routine maintenance, correct chemical usage, and appropriate battery charging practices are essential for the long-term performance and lifespan of your equipment.
